Originally starting as an Animator from Flipnote Hatena (2009-2013) Miles Alexander (online artist persona known as NovaTaleART) has been drawing professionally since 2010.His vast collection of Graphic Novels are appropriately named "The NovaTales", "The NovaTales Graphic Novels" or commonly known as "NovaTalesGN".He is not alone however, he works with a small team of friends from various walks of life to give the stories more depth. Thus they are dubbed "The NovaTalesGN Team".

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
2D Art Commission T.O.S.
✔️ What I Can Do:
Humanoids (Kemonomimi and gijinkas included)
Furries (Anthro/Feral)
Weapons (Must have a reference)
Fan Art characters (Pikachu OC) - You take responsibility with copyright infringement
Work from Written Descriptions and Pictures of the featured character
Violence (Blood 15+ and Gore 18+)
Chubby characters (but not extreme like inflation)

- I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at anytime You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received and/or the commission has started.
- If I find that my terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted and won’t be transacted with in the future and the model will not be worked on or distributed to the commissioner.
- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers via art prints.
- I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.Revisions & Customer Satisfaction
- I do NOT give unwatermarked files
- You may pay extra for changes & corrections
- A max of 3 changes/corrections can be made per commission
After 48 hours of receiving the corrected commission, no other corrections or changes can be made from then on
- You May NOT edit any of my works yourself
- I will not copy another artist’s style, I have many styles to choose from and work with my own
- If your reference is unclear or has too large watermarks, I will not change your commission
- Big changes will NOT be accepted✔️ Changes allowed: (Such as small coloring/marking mistakes, missed something.)❌ Changes NOT allowed: outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that must be redrawn completely.Copyrights and Permissions
I, the artist hold every right to the produced works, NOT the commissioner
Therefore I am allowed to used the produced works to:
- Promote myself with in any place or site. (Commission Examples, Portfolio, etc.)
- Sell prints of it.
- Publish Art Books with it.
- To display anywhere to my liking.
- Post it wherever I want.The Commissioner may NOT redistribute, edit, reproduce, repost without credit, make merchandise of, or otherwise profit from the commissioned artwork whether for real or digital currency.That is unless the commissioner asks for permission when sending the filled out form. Commercial use works have a higher price range than normal commissions, please DM me to negotiate a price.The commissioner is allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise prior to creation of the commission.
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to me, the artist.
- Claim the featured Character as their own.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted, and your commission will be sold at any price I want in artbooks and merch.I will not be held liable if a featured character goes against a studio’s copyrightThe following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- And altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.NFTs are NEVER allowed and I will not concern myself with making NFTs. If your commission cannot be started within 30 days due to health or family related issues on my end, I will refund the money you have paid in full as soon as I am able.

- I do NOT give Commissioned models for free or to the public. The files belong to me and the commissioner alone.
- You may pay extra for changes & corrections
However, I cannot promise if things will not go wrong, and will not redo a model from scratch without compensation for my work and time.
- You may edit your commissioned model yourself or commission someone else - Please DO NOT take apart my models that it's original state is unrecognizable.
- I will not copy another artist’s style unless it is your own, I have many styles to choose from and work with my own
- If your reference is unclear or has too large watermarks, I will not work on your commission.✅ Changes allowed: Adding Clothes, Adding Sliders, Model Fixes (Weight painting or Rigging specifically) Minor Texture Tweaks (Such as small coloring/marking mistakes, missed something.)🚫 Changes NOT allowed: Replacing 80-90% of the model (changing the body and clothes but keeping the head or only the mouth and it's sliders, etc.).Copyrights and Permissions

- Use the commissioned model for anything they like.
- Edit the model themselves or commission someone else to do it.
- Use the model to promote themselves via art or merch with proper credit given to me, the artist.
- Take credit for their original concept/reference/illustrated design of the model.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the model will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/Reselling the model commercially. (Meaning making money off the model itself in trade of any type of currency, favor, or giving away for free without my express permission)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the model and it's files.
- Removing 80-90% of the model or Repurposing it's parts. (AKA: Frankenstein-ing) And/Or making the model unrecognizable.
- And altering the model without my, the artist's, consent.NOTE: if you'd like another person to model clothing for you, (ex: I made a clothed model for you but you'd like another outfit from someone else, that is 100% ok! and you don't need my permission, I will even provide a base mesh file for you to send to the other commissioner, as long as they are not taking parts of the model for later use/trade is fine!!If you have any questions regarding my TOS, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
